Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented WordPress Website Designer & Developer to design, develop, maintain, and optimize our company website. The ideal candidate should have strong WordPress development skills, an eye for modern UI/UX design, and the ability to ensure the website remains secure, responsive, and SEO-friendly.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain the company WordPress website.
- Create visually appealing, user-friendly, and mobile-responsive web pages.
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins based on business requirements.
- Update website content, images, banners, blogs, and product information.
- Improve website speed, performance, and overall user experience.
- Ensure website security, regular backups, and timely updates.
- Troubleshoot website issues and resolve technical errors promptly.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
- Integrate contact forms, WhatsApp, Google Maps, and other third-party tools.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for landing pages, campaigns, and promotional content.
- Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements for traffic and conversions.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
- Maintain website documentation and version control.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Web Design, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in WordPress website design and development.
- Freshers with an excellent portfolio and practical WordPress skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS.
- Experience with Elementor, WPBakery, or similar page builders.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP.
- Knowledge of WooCommerce (preferred).
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and website optimization.
- Experience with website hosting, domain management, SSL, and backups.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹9,920.51 - ₹20,000.00 per month
