Growth Lead
Role Summary: Owns the SEO vertical’s growth, revenue, and client trust. Drives long-term strategy while ensuring business scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own revenue targets for the SEO vertical (new + existing clients)
- Build and execute scaling roadmap (team, processes, automation, tools)
- Act as strategic advisor for key clients (CXO-level conversations)
- Identify growth opportunities across accounts (upsell, cross-sell, new channels)
- Ensure client retention & trust building
- Define SEO frameworks, playbooks, and innovation pipelines
- Collaborate with Performance, Content, and Tech teams for integrated growth
Time Allocation:
- Strategy: 40%
- Growth Opportunities: 40%
- Client Leadership: 20%
KPIs:
- Revenue growth % (monthly/quarterly)
- Client retention rate
- Account expansion (upsell value)
- Organic contribution to overall business revenue
- NPS / client satisfaction
Ideal Profile:
- 7–10+ years in SEO / organic growth
- Strong business + consulting mindset
- Proven experience scaling teams and portfolios
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
