This eye healthcare facility is planned to be a beacon of charity and goodwill, assuring free medical aid to the less privileged. One of our primary services will be the provision of free cataract surgeries.
By providing these surgeries, we aim to alleviate the heavy eye healthcare cost burden too often place on those least able to bear it. It is our heartfelt endeavour to aid approximately 50,000 -1,00,000 surgeries annually, providing them with a chance to see the world more clearly and live a fuller life.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable B.Sc Academic Faculty to join our institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education, mentoring students, and contributing to academic excellence. The candidate should have strong subject expertise, effective teaching skills, and a passion for student development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lectures for B.Sc, M.Sc students in the relevant subject area
- Develop and update lesson plans, study materials, and assignments
- Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, exams, and projects
- Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the subject area
- Participate in curriculum planning and academic meetings
- Conduct practical sessions and lab work (if applicable)
- Prepare students for competitive exams and higher education opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, results, and academic progress

Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience / relevant experince
- Experience in Eye Hospital/ institutes or colleges will be an added advantage
