We are looking for a proactive Customer Support Manager who will be responsible for leading the customer support team, ensuring excellent customer experience, and resolving customer queries efficiently. The role involves managing daily support operations, monitoring response quality, improving support processes, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
The ideal candidate will oversee the support team, handle escalations, track key performance metrics, and work closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
