Job Summary
Raza International Girls School is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and nurturing Pre-Primary Teacher for Montessori I to Montessori III. The ideal candidate should be passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating a safe, engaging, and child-centered learning environment that fosters the overall development of young learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities.
- Promote the cognitive, social, emotional, language, and physical development of children.
- Create a positive, caring, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Use interactive teaching methods, including stories, rhymes, games, music, art, and hands-on activities.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, worksheets, and classroom displays.
- Assess and monitor students' progress and maintain accurate records.
- Encourage good manners, discipline, hygiene, and positive values.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' academic and developmental progress.
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and emotional security of all children.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, training sessions, and other academic activities.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) is preferred.
- Montessori Teacher Training (MTT), Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), ECCEd, or other Early Childhood Education certifications will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a reputed CBSE/ICSE/recognized school is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong classroom management and child-handling abilities.
