- Helpdesk Support: Troubleshoot and resolve daily IT issues regarding desktops, laptops, printers, and network connectivity for staff. [1, 2]
- Hospitality System Maintenance: Assist in supporting hotel-specific software, notably the Property Management System (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS) systems. [1, 2]
- Network & Infrastructure: Maintain and monitor LAN/WAN networks, switches, routers, and Wi-Fi access points for guest and administrative areas. [1]
- Data Backup: Ensure daily, automated backups of vital hotel records, databases, and financial data. [1]
- Vendor Coordination: Escalate complex problems to the IT Manager or external hardware/software vendors. [1]
- User Training: Train new employees on using hotel software, basic cybersecurity practices, and office tools.
