Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations smoothly
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Achieve store sales targets and improve profitability
- Handle inventory management and stock control
- Maintain visual merchandising and store appearance
- Manage billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
Requirements:
- Experience as a Store Manager in Garments/Apparel retail
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations
- Basic computer knowledge (POS / MS Excel)
