The Admin Executive will handle office administration along with basic finance operations including preparing quotations, generating invoices, and following up on payments. The role requires strong coordination, documentation, and financial tracking skills.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Tasks
- Manage day-to-day office administrative activities.
- Maintain office records, documents, and files.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Manage office supplies and administrative requirements.
- Prepare customer quotations based on sales or management inputs.
- Generate invoices and proforma invoices for clients.
- Maintain records of sales, invoices, and payments.
- Track accounts receivable and update payment status.
- Conduct regular payment follow-ups with clients through calls or email.
- Support basic accounting entries and coordination with the accountant.
