We are looking for a skilled and creative Bakery Chef to prepare high-quality baked goods and desserts. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining consistency in taste, presentation, and quality while managing daily bakery operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of items (cakes, pastries, breads, cookies, desserts)
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Develop new recipes and menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery
- Monitor stock levels and manage raw materials
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Control wastage and ensure cost efficiency
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams
Qualification:
- Diploma / Degree in Bakery & Pastry Arts (preferred)
- Any relevant culinary training
Experience:
- 1–5 years in bakery / pastry kitchen
- Freshers with strong skills can apply
