Ripped Up Nutrition is one of India's fastest-growing sports nutrition brands, committed to manufacturing high-quality supplements with complete transparency and quality assurance. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Store Executive to join our manufacturing team in Baddi.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and verify Raw Materials, Packing Materials, and Finished Goods.
- Maintain accurate inward and outward stock records.
- Arrange and organize raw materials and packaging materials in the warehouse.
- Generate GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes) and Testing Requests.
- Coordinate material dispensing for production.
- Prepare and maintain BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record) and BPR (Batch Packaging Record).
- Execute production planning in coordination with the manufacturing team.
- Prepare monthly stock statements for Raw Material (RM), Packing Material (PM), and Finished Goods (FG).
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Handle finished goods dispatch and documentation.
- Create and maintain Purchase Orders in ERP (Marg Software).
- Update product formulations and costing in the ERP system whenever required.
- Manage online and offline order inventory updates.
- Ensure daily stock reconciliation and inventory accuracy.
- Follow SOPs and maintain GMP standards in the warehouse.
- Coordinate with QA, Production, Purchase, and Dispatch departments for smooth operations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in warehouse/store operations (experience in Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, or FMCG manufacturing preferred).
- Working knowledge of ERP software such as Marg ERP, SAP, or similar inventory management systems.
- Good knowledge of inventory control, GRN, stock reconciliation, and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of GMP documentation.
- Experience with production planning.
- Understanding of RM, PM, and FG inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
