Main Responsibilities
- Find companies that require manpower/staffing services.
- Contact HR Managers, Admin Heads, Operations Managers, and Business Owners.
- Introduce Flaregun Consultancy and explain your manpower services.
- Build and maintain relationships with companies.
- Generate corporate tie-ups and manpower supply contracts.
- Follow up with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
- Collect job requirements from companies and coordinate with your recruitment team.
- Maintain a database of companies and follow-up status.
- Arrange meetings between the company and Flaregun management.
- Convert leads into long-term corporate clients.
Ideal Candidate
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making cold calls to companies.
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, recruitment, HR, staffing, or manpower services preferred.
- Good knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and email.
- Ability to speak professionally with HR and management.
- Target-oriented and confident.
Salary Structure
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
