Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of our property. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in hotels, hospitality establishments, residential complexes, or commercial buildings and possess strong team management and supervisory skills.
The role involves coordinating maintenance staff, ensuring smooth facility operations, monitoring repairs, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality across the property.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff, housekeeping personnel, and support teams.
- Monitor the overall condition of the building and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and common areas.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Manage vendor relationships and supervise external contractors when required.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
- Handle resident/guest complaints related to maintenance and facility management.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and work schedules.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the property.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Facility Supervisor, Hotel Supervisor, or similar role.
- Experience in the hospitality industry, hotels, residential societies, or commercial properties preferred.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, civil, and general maintenance activities.
- Ability to handle emergencies and ensure quick resolution of operational issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Facility Management, or related fields.
- Experience managing maintenance teams and building operations.
- Familiarity with safety and facility management practices.
Pay: ₹11,116.55 - ₹34,089.54 per month
