Key Responsibilities
✨ Become a product expert and confidently present Digital programs
✨ Connect with prospective students & parents through calls and counseling sessions
✨ Maintain consistent engagement via outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
✨ Collaborate with team members to drive enrollments and close sales
✨ Maintain accurate prospect data and records in CRM systems
✨ Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
✨ Monitor and review daily sales funnel for better productivity
✅ Candidate Requirements
✔ Graduate from a recognized university (Mandatory)
✔ 1–4 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Inside Sales
✔ EdTech sales experience preferred
✔ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
✔ Hands-on experience with CRM handling and CTI tools
✔ Knowledge of Excel & Google Sheets is an added advantage
✔ Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills
✔ Self-motivated, fast learner, and result-driven mindset
✔ Flexible to work in a target-oriented environment
