Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our presence in international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
- Generate leads through market research, online platforms, networking, and outbound outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing international clients.
- Conduct discovery calls, virtual meetings, product presentations, and negotiations with potential customers.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements for international clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
- Represent the company in international business meetings, trade shows, and industry events when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in International Business Development, International Sales, Export Sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Experience working with international clients across different regions and time zones.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B business development and international market expansion.
- Knowledge of global business practices and international sales processes.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and digital prospecting techniques.
- Additional language proficiency is an advantage.
