Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Purchase Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Purchase Manager will oversee end-to-end procurement activities, including identifying requirements, sourcing suppliers, requesting and evaluating quotations, and ensuring timely availability of materials and services for HVAC projects. Responsibilities include managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and pricing, and monitoring vendor performance to maintain quality and cost efficiency. The role will involve coordinating closely with project, engineering, and finance teams to align purchasing with project timelines and budgets, as well as maintaining accurate procurement records and reports. The Procurement Manager will also track market trends, assess risks, and recommend process improvements to strengthen the procurement function.
Qualifications
- Strong Procurement and Supplier Evaluation skills, with experience in sourcing, vendor development, and purchase planning.
- Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Solid Analytical Skills to compare bids, assess total cost of ownership, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in HVAC, construction, MEP, or related engineering industries is highly preferred.
- Ability to use procurement and ERP tools, and strong MS Excel skills for tracking, reporting, and analysis.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field; professional certifications in supply chain or procurement are an advantage.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, project-driven environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹56,601.43 per month
