Job Title: JAVA Full Stack Trainer cum Mentor

Location : Sakkardara, Nagpur
Salary: 15k-20k per month
Key responsibilities:
Curriculum design: Develop and update training curriculum, covering both foundational concepts and advanced real world full stack frameworks.
Session Delivery: Conduct ebgagingband effective technical training sessions (in person and/or online)
Hands-on Mentorship: Guide students through building dynamic web applications, designing RESTful APIs, working with databases etc.
Assesment and Evaluation: Monitor learner progress through coding challenges, lab excercise and mock interview sessions.
Doubt Resolution: provide 1-1 coaching and assist learners in troubleshooting code and understanding complex technical topics.
Required Technical skills:
Strong proficiency in Core Java, OOP concepts, Collections, Multithreading, and Java 8+ features.
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA, REST APIs, and Microservices development.
Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular/React for front-end development.
Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL, database design, and SQL query optimization.
Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of AWS/Azure/GCP cloud platforms and cloud-native application development.
Knowledge of JUnit, Mockito, API testing, and software development best practices.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, code review, and application performance optimization skills.
Qualification: Degree in computer science engineering or MCA
