Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Operation Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple outlets. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth business operations, maintain company standards, support Area Managers, and drive operational excellence across all assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the performance of Area Managers and store operations.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all assigned outlets.
- Monitor sales, productivity, operational expenses, and overall business performance.
- Conduct regular store visits and operational audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Guide, train, and support Area Managers to achieve operational and sales targets.
- Resolve operational issues and implement effective corrective actions.
- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Kitchen, Purchase, and other departments for seamless operations.
- Monitor staff discipline, attendance, and overall operational efficiency.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the F&B, restaurant, or retail industry.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently between outlets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet business targets.
