We are hiring Chat Support Agents with experience in handling customer interactions through chat support channels. Candidates should have excellent written communication skills and be comfortable working in split shifts.Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via chat in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores
- Maintain EHT (Effective Handling Time) targets
- Monitor and control SAR (Service Abandon Rate)
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently during the first interaction
- Escalate complex issues when required
- Update and maintain records in CRM systems
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goalsRequired Skills:
- 6 months to 2 years of Chat Support experience
- Knowledge of CSAT, EHT, and SAR metrics
- Strong written communication skills
- Good multitasking abilities
- Basic computer proficiency
- Comfortable working in split shiftsKPIs:
- CSAT Score
- EHT Compliance
- SAR Control
- First Response Time (FRT)
