About the Role
We are looking for a confident and creative Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives, strengthen brand visibility, and drive business growth through effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy and campaigns.
- Take ownership of the brand's marketing and positioning.
- Manage social media, digital marketing, promotions, partnerships, and outreach.
- Plan initiatives to increase brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.
- Build and maintain partnerships with relevant businesses and organisations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Monitor marketing performance and prepare regular reports.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and develop creative campaigns.
- Manage day-to-day marketing activities and ensure timely execution.
- Take ownership of marketing initiatives from planning to execution.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and brand building.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, creative, and proactive personality.
- Experience in partnerships, promotions, outreach, or campaigns.
- Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
- Ability to independently manage marketing activities.
- Strong coordination and organisational skills.
- Ability to take ownership and work in a fast-paced environment.
