About the Role
Samson Scientific & Surgicals is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead business development and sales for our Orthopaedic product portfolio in Ernakulam, Kerala. The ideal candidate should have a strong pharmaceutical or medical device sales background with proven experience in achieving sales targets and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth for the company's orthopaedic products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Doctors, hospitals, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Eligibility
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Pharma or Medical Device sales.
- Prior experience in the Orthopaedic segment or Pharma Industry will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver business results.
Salary & Benefits
