Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive for a Voice process role involving voice calls. The candidate will handle customer queries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Follow SOPs, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
- Achieve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication in English + Hindi (average English will not be considered)
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in Customer Support is Mandatory ( NBFC , Banking , Fintech )
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM tools
Salary based on previous experience and previous salary
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
