Job Overview
We are hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer with 3–7 years of experience in developing scalable web and mobile applications, backend services, APIs, and integrations.
The ideal candidate should have strong full-stack development experience, excellent engineering fundamentals, and hands-on experience with modern technologies and AI-assisted development tools. You will work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to build reliable, user-focused, and scalable products.
You will also contribute to technical decisions, mentor junior engineers, and help improve engineering practices across the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web and mobile applications.
- Build responsive, high-performance, and user-friendly frontend experiences.
- Develop robust backend services, APIs, integrations, and database solutions.
- Work with REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
- Take ownership of features from design and development to deployment and monitoring.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
- Improve application performance, security, reliability, and scalability.
- Use AI-assisted development tools like Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools to improve productivity.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
- Conduct code reviews, participate in design discussions, and mentor junior developers.
- Contribute towards engineering standards, processes, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–7 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong experience in full-stack application development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Experience with frontend frameworks like:
- React.js
- Next.js
- Vue.js
- or similar frameworks
- Experience developing backend applications using:
- Node.js
- Python
- Java
- Go
- or equivalent technologies
- Strong understanding of:
- REST APIs
- GraphQL
- Microservices / Backend architecture
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms like:
- AWS
- Azure
- Google Cloud Platform
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical discussions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience building SaaS products or consumer-facing applications.
- Experience with:
- Recommendation systems
- Personalization frameworks
- User preference modeling
- Experimentation platforms
- Understanding of event-driven architectures and workflow automation.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
