Job Overview
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting recruitment and staffing solutions. The role requires strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Understand client hiring requirements and recommend suitable recruitment solutions
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and business activities
- Prepare proposals, agreements, and business reports
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- Fresher to 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Recruitment Sales, Staffing Sales, Corporate Sales, or related fields
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
