Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitors.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyse marketing metrics to improve results.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing activities.
- Lead and supervise marketing teams and coordinate with other departments like sales and product development.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication.
- Meets with doctors efficiently within assigned territory.
- Prioritize high-value doctors and institutions.
- Maintain records of interactions and follow-ups.
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, specialists, and healthcare providers.
