- Conduct high-volume cold calling and outreach to identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Identify decision-makers and build a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting.
- Manage the entire sales cycle end-to-end — from lead generation, discovery calls, proposal discussions, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Understand client business needs and propose suitable solutions and services.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and nurture leads until conversion.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover after deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Proven experience in cold calling, outbound sales, and lead generation.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working with sales KPIs.
- Experience working with international clients is a plus.
