Position: Electrician / Maintenance Executive
Shift: 12 Hours (Day Shift as per Company Requirement)
Experience: 1–5 Years (Corrugated Box Industry Preferred)
Qualification: ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical / Wireman License Preferred
Key Responsibilities1. Machine Maintenance
- Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all plant machinery.
- Ensure minimum machine downtime.
- Attend emergency breakdowns immediately.
- Maintain machine performance and efficiency.
2. Electrical Maintenance
- Maintain electrical panels, motors, MCCs, VFDs, PLC wiring, sensors, and control circuits.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults.
- Ensure proper earthing and electrical safety.
- Monitor power consumption and electrical load.
3. Corrugation Machine Maintenance
- Maintain:
- Corrugation Plant
- Flexo Printer Slotter
- Rotary Die Cutter
- Folder Gluer
- Stitching Machine
- Sheet Cutter
- Boiler (Basic Electrical Support)
- Air Compressor
- EOT Crane (if available)
4. Preventive Maintenance
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Maintain lubrication schedules.
- Replace worn-out electrical components before failure.
- Record all maintenance activities.
5. Utility Maintenance
- Maintain compressors, DG set, lighting systems, pumps, and utility equipment.
- Monitor compressed air and power systems.
- Ensure uninterrupted utility supply.
6. Safety & Compliance
- Follow electrical safety standards and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Use PPE while performing maintenance.
- Maintain housekeeping in the maintenance area.
- Ensure statutory electrical compliance.
7. Documentation
- Maintain breakdown reports.
- Prepare preventive maintenance checklists.
- Record spare parts consumption.
- Maintain machine history cards.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of industrial electrical systems.
- Experience in PLC, VFD, motors, sensors, and control panels.
- Ability to read electrical drawings.
- Basic mechanical maintenance knowledge.
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel/ERP preferred).

- Breakdown Response Time ≤ 15 Minutes
- Preventive Maintenance Compliance ≥ 100%

Working Hours
- Shift: 12 Hours
- Weekly Off: As per company policy.
- Day/Night Shift: As required.
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and technical skills)
