Logistics / Dispatch Manager
Queens Bay International is a manufacturer and exporter of pre-rolled cones, rolling paper booklets, filters, and custom packaging for international B2B clients. Factory: 6/3 South Side of GT Road, Ghaziabad.
Location: Work from factory, GT Road Ghaziabad (daily commute required)
Salary: ₹25,000 – 40,000 gross per month, depending on experience
Experience: 4–8 years in dispatch/logistics at a manufacturer or export house
About the role
Owns everything leaving the factory: daily domestic dispatches and export container loadings, transport booking, and dispatch documentation.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily dispatches: vehicle, documents, timing.
- Book and negotiate transporters and couriers; build a reliable network.
- Plan and physically supervise export container stuffing: loading sequence, count verification, photos, seal.
- Prepare invoice, packing list, and e-way bill correctly the first time.
- Coordinate with CHA / freight forwarder for export shipments.
- Track deliveries, collect PODs, chase non-deliveries same week.
What we are looking for
- You have stood at container loadings and can explain how you verify quantity.
- You know e-way bill rules and the export document set.
- You negotiate freight confidently and know NCR lane rates.
- Persistent follow-up habit: PODs do not slip.
