Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client communication through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Identify and connect with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and nurture them throughout the sales process.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the internal team when required.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Negotiate and assist in closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and sales activities in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for business expansion and revenue growth.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute towards overall company objectives.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Confident in speaking with clients over phone and video calls.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, customer success, or client handling is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
