We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to manage front-desk operations. The role includes greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, managing courier and package deliveries, and maintaining accurate entry and registration records. The ideal candidate will be courteous, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
- Receive, sort, and manage courier and package deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of entries, deliveries, and other administrative logs.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency for record-keeping.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
