Role: Responsible for collecting, verifying, and submitting purchase bills & delivery challans from factory and site locations with zero pendency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect bills & challans from different sites (WhatsApp & site visits)
- Follow up with vendors & site teams for pending bills and supporting documents
- Verify bills with GRN, signatures & approvals
- Ensure all documents are complete before submitting to accounts
- Maintain bill tracking records and share weekly reports
Candidate Profile:
- Any Degree Preferred
- 1–2 years experience in admin / documentation
- Good coordination & follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp & email
- Willing to travel locally (Owning a 2 wheeler is must)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
