About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and energetic Junior Social Media Marketing Associate who can support our digital presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
This role requires someone who understands basic content creation, engagement strategies, and can manage customer conversations professionally on WhatsApp Business.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage official WhatsApp communication & contact engagement
- Create, post, and manage engaging content for social media and digital platforms
- Use AI tools for ideas, automation, and analytics.
- Stay updated on new digital trends and creative strategies
Requirements:
- Any graduate who is a Curious learner, adaptable & dependable team player
- Strong communication & writing skills
- Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Canva & Perplexity
- Good with MS Office / Google Workspace
- Passion for social media, marketing & content creation
