Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate between site engineers, contractors, architects, and management for smooth project execution.
- Track daily site progress and ensure updates are shared with the management team.
- Follow up with internal departments such as purchase, accounts, sales, and CRM for project-related requirements.
- Maintain and update project documentation, reports, drawings, and approvals.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, site visits, and project review discussions.
- Monitor project timelines and task completion and highlight delays or issues.
- Ensure proper communication flow between site teams and office teams.
- Track material requirements, vendor coordination, and purchase follow-ups.
- Support in preparing MIS reports, progress reports, and project status updates.
- Assist management in resolving operational and coordination issues related to the project.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of construction project workflow
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools
- Ability to handle multiple teams and follow up effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
