Job Title:Personal Trainer
Reports To:Fitness Manager
Primary Objectives
- Design and deliver personalised training programmes to help clients achieve their fitness goals.
- Conduct thorough initial and periodic fitness assessments for all clients.
- Prepare and maintain individual schedule cards for each client, updated every two months.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client progress reports.
- Provide dedicated attention and professional support to clients during all personal training slots.
- Attend to general gym floor members during vacant slots and assist with correct exercise technique.
- Make courtesy calls to clients due for re-assessments.
- Actively participate in internal and external company events and activities as directed.
- Achieve individual sales targets for personal training packages as assigned by the Fitness Manager.
General Responsibilities
- Project a polished, professional image and maintain brand standards at all times.
- Remain updated on the Gym's pricing, promotions, products, and programme schedule.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of, and adhere to, all Gym policies, SOPs, and procedures.
- Maintain positive working relationships with all staff and support team goals.
- Participate in all scheduled meetings, educational sessions, and assessments as required.
- Hold a valid, current fitness certification and maintain CPD requirements.
- Direct all member nutrition queries to the in-house Dietician.
- Complete and maintain the Daily Activity Mass Sheet in the Gym's system.
- Sign personal training cards with clients on a daily basis.
- Assist with spotting and technique correction on the gym floor.
- Duties and responsibilities may be revised by the Gym from time to time.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
