Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR & Administration Executive to support the day-to-day workforce management and administrative operations of our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be capable of handling labour-related activities, maintaining discipline, coordinating with employees, and ensuring accurate attendance processing. A degree in Human Resources is not mandatory; candidates from any educational background with relevant work experience and strong people management skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities Labour Management
- Manage daily workforce attendance and manpower availability.
- Handle employee grievances and provide timely support.
- Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with company rules and policies.
- Coordinate with plant supervisors regarding employee-related issues.
Attendance & Payroll Support
- Prepare and verify daily attendance records with 100% accuracy.
- Ensure attendance inputs are submitted on time before payroll processing.
- Track leave, permissions and overtime.
- Coordinate with the HR department to resolve attendance discrepancies.
Administration Support
- Support day-to-day administrative activities.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, and general office requirements.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
Employee Coordination
- Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR and administrative matters.
- Communicate company policies, announcements, and operational updates.
General Responsibilities
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Perform any additional HR or administrative duties assigned by the management.
Candidate RequirementsExperience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR, Administration, Labour Management, Office Administration, or any similar role.
- Candidates from any industry are welcome to apply.
Education
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- HR qualification is not mandatory.
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong people management and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of attendance management and Microsoft Excel.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in handling blue-collar workforce or factory employees is an added advantage.
- Responsible, disciplined, and willing to work on the shop floor when required.
- Able to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
