Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Operator to join our warehouse team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, entering warehouse data into the system, and supporting daily warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Enter and update warehouse stock and inventory data accurately
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing goods
- Generate invoices, reports, and stock summaries
- Verify data and correct errors when required
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for stock updates
- Maintain proper documentation and filing
- Use Excel and warehouse management software for daily entries
Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Knowledge of MS Excel and data entry software
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Degree
