- Farm Automation Supervision: Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of farm automation systems, ensuring smooth daily activities at the project site.
- Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the work of technicians, operators, and field staff, providing technical guidance and training on automation equipment and systems.
- System Monitoring & Quality Control: Monitor automated irrigation, sensor systems, machinery, and other smart farming solutions to ensure efficient performance and adherence to company and client standards.
- Client & Technical Support: Coordinate with clients to understand operational requirements, address technical concerns, and provide regular updates on project progress and system performance.
- Resource, Safety & Reporting Management: Manage tools, automation equipment, and inventory while ensuring health and safety compliance; maintain project documentation, track timelines, and prepare progress and maintenance reports.
Qualification Required:
✅ B.Sc Agri / Diploma Agri/Horti/B.Tech Agri Engg
✅ Other Graduates (with Agri & Irrigation knowledge preferred)
