Job Summary
Are you an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? SB Aesthetics is looking for a Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls to address various queries about our services.
- Conduct follow-up calls with clients regarding their appointments and service inquiries.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.
- Maintain and update the patient database with accuracy.
- Provide basic counselling and information about our services when required.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Prior experience in a telecalling or customer service role is a plus, but freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A compassionate and patient demeanor, with a focus on client satisfaction.
