Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA) who can generate leads, build strong client relationships, and convert prospects into long-term clients. The ideal candidate should be proactive, confident in communication, and passionate about sales and networking.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and networking.
- Pitch Clicksy Studio’s services to brands, agencies, startups, and corporate clients.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and agency partners.
- Coordinate with the creative team to understand client requirements and ensure smooth project execution.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings to generate new opportunities.
- Maintain CRM records and provide weekly sales reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable with cold calling and client outreach.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content production.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing.
- Experience in a marketing agency, production house, or creative industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
