Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with expertise in Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, and AWS Bedrock to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered conversational solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building intelligent virtual assistants, integrating AWS AI services, and implementing prompt engineering techniques. Experience working with offshore teams and client-facing projects is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain conversational AI solutions using Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex.
- Build and deploy generative AI applications using AWS Bedrock.
- Develop and optimize AI agents using Bedrock Agents/AgentCore.
- Create, test, and refine prompts to improve the accuracy, relevance, and reliability of AI responses.
- Integrate AI solutions with AWS Lambda, APIs, CRM systems, and other enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and monitor AI applications for performance and scalability.
- Follow AWS best practices for security, governance, and deployment.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Amazon Connect.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Lex for chatbot and voice bot development.
- Experience with AWS Bedrock and Generative AI applications.
- Knowledge of Bedrock Agents/AgentCore for AI agent development.
- Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering and LLM optimization techniques.
- Experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, and other AWS services.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java.
- Understanding of REST APIs and cloud-native application development.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with offshore development teams.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or CRM platforms.
- AWS Certification (AWS Certified Developer, Solutions Architect, or AI Practitioner) is a plus.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Knowledge Bases, and vector databases is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of overall software development experience with relevant expertise in AWS AI services.
Nice to Have
- Experience with contact center automation.
- Knowledge of speech analytics and conversational AI best practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to LangChain, Amazon Bedrock Knowledge Bases, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
