Job Summary
As a beautician and hairdresser at Pearl Studios Salon, you will deliver a range of professional beauty and hair services to clients, ensuring high-quality results, excellent customer service, and adherence to salon standards. You’ll consult with clients, recommend services, and help them look and feel their best.
Key Responsibilities ✨ Beautician Duties
- Perform beauty treatments like facials, waxing, threading, skincare, makeup application, and consultations tailored to client needs.
- Advise clients on skin care routines, products, and aftercare.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitize tools and workstations, and follow hygiene standards.
- Help with product recommendations and retail sales when appropriate.
- Record client appointments, treatment details, and preferences in system.
Hairdresser Duties
- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend suitable cuts and styles.
- Perform hair cutting, styling, blow-drying, coloring, and chemical treatments (e.g., highlights, smoothening, keratin) based on skill level.
- Provide basic hair spa treatments, scalp care, and conditioning services.
- Stay updated with the latest hair trends and techniques to deliver modern styles.
- Maintain a clean workstation and manage hair care tools responsibly.
Customer Service & Salon Support
- Greet clients warmly and build positive relationships.
- Respond to client questions professionally and suggest additional services when appropriate.
- Support team members in keeping salon operations smooth and ensuring client satisfaction.
