We are looking for an HR Recruiter with at least 6 months of recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring activities. The candidate should be comfortable with sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining
Requirements
6+ months of recruitment/HR experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with job portals and MS Excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
