Job Summary:
We are hiring energetic Field Sales Executives to drive growth for NivasApp, a leading society management platform. The role involves meeting housing society committees, conducting product demos, and closing deals to on board new residential communities.
Role & Responsibilities:
· Visit housing societies and connect with committee members
· Conduct product demos explaining features like visitor management, billing, and security
· Build trust and close sales with society decision-makers
· Maintain strong relationships with existing societies
· Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
· Track leads and updates using CRM tools
Key Skills Required:
· 1–4 years experience in field sales / B2B / direct sales
· Strong communication & presentation skills
· Confidence in meeting and influencing decision-makers
· Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
· Good knowledge of local area / societies
