· Handle walk-in, telephonic, and digital enquiries effectively.
· Counsel prospective students/customers regarding courses, programs, and services.
· Generate and convert leads into admissions/enrolments.
· Ensure timely follow-up on all enquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.
· Achieve individual enrolment and revenue targets assigned by the management.
· Maintain accurate lead and customer records in CRM/ERP systems.
· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission and onboarding processes.
· Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and events to generate leads.
· Provide regular updates on sales activities, conversions, and pipeline status.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
· 0–1 year of experience; Fresher’s with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
· Experience in the education industry will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
