Job Description : MRD Executive
Initiates the medical record by creating and processing the patient care record folder.
▪ Gather patient demographic and personal information.
▪ Maintain quality and accurate records by following hospital procedures.
▪ Ensures medical records are assembled in standard order and are accurate and complete.
▪ Ensure patient charts, paperwork and reports are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
▪ Communicate with Medical Staff, health care team members and patient departments.
▪ Maintains record availability by processing charts into the department; using chart mark-off procedures; facilitating chart location activities.
▪ Retrieves medical records by following chart-out procedures; documenting reasons charts cannot be retrieved for statistical and follow-up purposes.
▪ Keeps health care providers informed by communicating availability or unavailability of the record.
▪ Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
▪ Maintains patient confidence by keeping patient records information confidential.
▪ Enhances medical records and hospital reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

PCPNDT Executive
Role Objective
- To adhere to guidelines as set by the Pre-Conception and Pre -Natal Diagnostic Techniques (Prohibition of Sex Selection)Act 1994
- Fill all the PCPNDT related documents by the patients, get them signed and submit it online.
- Maintain all the PCPNDT documents date, month and year wise for inspection
- Ensure accurate data capturing and entry of all patients at the centre.
- Maintaining records of patients
- Resolving queries of patients in terms od documentation.
- MIS of the centre needs to be maintained on a regular basis
- Data compilation as per formats shared
- FUNCTIONAL SKILL SET REQUIRED
- Good knowledge advanced excel and computer automation.
- Possess good interactive and communication skills.
- Knowledge of advanced excel
1-5 Years of experience from healthcare background
Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
