Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruitment & Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support key HR operations. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in IT hiring, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, salary negotiations, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements from business stakeholders and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and networking channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR evaluations, and coordinate technical interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification processes.
- Generate recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and status updates for management.
Salary Negotiation & Offer Management
- Handle compensation discussions and salary negotiations with candidates.
- Prepare and release offer letters as per company policies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for offer approvals and candidate onboarding.
- Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Manage offer follow-ups, joining confirmations, and onboarding formalities.
HR Operations & Employee Engagement
- Support employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate employee welfare activities, Fun Friday events, and team engagement programs.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Support attendance, leave management, and HRMS updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Excellent salary negotiation and offer management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
- Knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
