We are currently looking for a proactive and highly organized Sales & Lead Management Executive to be the first point of contact for our incoming business inquiries and head our front-line lead management process.
Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic and communicative professional to manage and qualify all incoming leads. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries primarily through WhatsApp and phone calls, understanding their basic needs, and effectively forwarding qualified prospects to the Company Head for final discussions and closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Handling & Response: Promptly respond to all incoming leads and inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and other digital channels.
- Initial Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their requirements, answer initial questions, and determine if they are a good fit for our services.
- Seamless Handoff: Filter and organize leads, smoothly forwarding high-potential and qualified leads directly to the Company Head.
- Pipeline Tracking: Maintain an organized record of all incoming leads, their contact details, and their current status (e.g., in an Excel sheet or basic CRM).
- Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with pending leads to keep them engaged.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be highly comfortable typing professional messages on WhatsApp and speaking confidently on the phone.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Kannada (Hindi or other regional languages are a strong plus).
- Tech-Savvy: Highly proficient in using WhatsApp Business, basic spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and email.
- Professional Etiquette: Polite, patient, and customer-friendly attitude with strong active listening skills.
- Location: Must be able to commute daily to our office located in Jalahalli, North Bangalore.
- Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, pre-sales, or lead generation is preferred but not strictly required for the right, motivated candidate.
