In this role, you will act as the primary interface of the compan - responsible for pitching turnkey design services to premium clients, building professional business relationships, and driving top-line sales growth. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively identify, target, and connect with prospective residential and commercial clients to pitch high-end modular or luxury interior design concepts.
Client Consultations & Presentations: Arrange face-to-face consultative pitch meetings with homeowners and corporate clients, display design portfolios, and explain custom service models elegantly.
Strategic Market Networking: Develop and retain robust B2B referral networks with local builders, architects, real estate brokers, and civil contractors to secure ongoing warm project leads.
Deal Closure & Contract Management: Oversee raw inquiries from inception to final commercial closure, handle cost negotiations, resolve design objections, and sign service level contracts to beat monthly milestones.
Field Deployment: Travel consistently across the local territory for site mapping, client presentations, layout measurements, and industry networking assemblies.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
Experience Portfolio: 0 to 3 years of professional experience in field sales, business development, real estate, structural fixtures, or building materials industries (Freshers with exceptional closing skills are welcome).
Communication Framework: Top-tier verbal presentation and convincing skills in English and Hindi (Fluency in Marathi is highly valued for local contractor negotiations).
Grooming & Personality: Sharp corporate presence, exceptionally groomed appearance, and high interpersonal confidence necessary to engage premium luxury clients.
Mobility Asset: Must own a functional personal two-wheeler with a valid commercial driving license for swift daily client field rotations.
Sales Trait: High resilience, negotiable mindset, self-starting nature, and absolute compatibility with a target-linked incentive framework.
