BoutiqBiz is building software to simplify how fashion businesses manage orders, production, customers, inventory, and day-to-day operations. We're a fast-growing startup looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and wants to work closely with the founder.
This isn't a traditional Executive Assistant role. You'll be the founder's right hand, helping execute ideas, coordinate priorities, and ensure nothing important slips through the cracks.
What You'll DoFounder Support
- Manage the founder's calendar, meetings, and priorities.
- Coordinate appointments, demos, interviews, and follow-ups.
- Organise travel, events, and internal schedules when required.
- Prepare meeting notes and ensure action items are completed.
- Act as a central point of coordination across teams.
Sales & Customer Success
- Schedule product demos and customer meetings.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers.
- Keep the CRM updated and organised.
- Coordinate onboarding and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Track enquiries and help move prospects through the sales pipeline.
Marketing & Growth
- Coordinate webinars, events, and partnerships.
- Help execute influencer and creator collaborations.
- Assist with content planning and campaign execution.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and freelancers.
- Support lead generation and outreach initiatives.
Operations
- Improve internal processes and documentation.
- Coordinate hiring interviews and candidate communication.
- Follow up with vendors and external partners.
- Keep projects moving by ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Take ownership of special projects as they arise.

- Communicates confidently over calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.

- Can manage multiple priorities without constant supervision.
- Takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions.
- Is comfortable learning new tools and software quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience (fresh graduates with exceptional organisational skills are encouraged to apply).
- Startup experience is a bonus but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Excel, and CRM tools is helpful.
