- We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Mattress Sales Executive for our Delhi branch. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and at least one South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam) to assist customers from South India and deliver an excellent in-store shopping experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLanguage RequirementsCandidates must be fluent in:Knowledge of Hindi is preferred to communicate effectively with local customers and colleagues.Required SkillsQualification
- Welcome customers and understand their comfort and sleep requirements.
- Assist South Indian customers in their preferred language.
- Recommend suitable mattresses, pillows, and sleep accessories based on customer needs.
- Explain product features, technologies, warranty, and benefits.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom revenue.
- Upsell and cross-sell complementary sleep products.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and process customer orders.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain showroom displays and ensure a premium customer experience.
- Update customer information in the CRM and submit daily sales reports.

- At least one of the following South Indian languages:
- Tamil
- Telugu
- Kannada
- Malayalam
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Retail sales and customer service experience.
- Sales negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to explain product features confidently.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, billing software).
- Target-driven with a positive attitude.
- 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in mattresses, furniture, home furnishing, electronics, or consumer durables.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
