About Us
Infinity Engineering Company is an electrical contracting and engineering company engaged in HT & LT Electrification works, LT Panel Manufacturing, Fire Alarm Systems, Security Surveillance, ELV Systems, and Industrial Electrical Projects. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Estimation & Costing Executive to join our growing team.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare techno-commercial offers and cost estimations for electrical projects.
- Study tender documents, BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Prepare costing for HT/LT electrification work.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quotations and technical details.
- Prepare comparison statements and optimise project costing.
- Follow up with clients regarding submitted quotations and inquiries.
- Coordinate with the design, purchase, and execution teams for technical clarification.
- Maintain records of quotations, project data, and costing sheets.
- Support business development and tender participation activities.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of electrical estimation and costing.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and BOQs.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Experience in HT/LT electrification and panel-related projects preferred.
Qualification
- Diploma / BE in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
Experience
- 1 to 5 years of experience in estimation & costing for electrical projects.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.
